Each capsule contains: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg, Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 107.2mg AT/160 IUS, elenium (selenium citrate) 50mcg, Zinc (zinc citrate) 10mg, Beta-Carotene4200mcg/7000IU
NON-MEDICAL INGREDIENTS:
Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide. Capsule: hypromellose.

DIRECTIONS:
Adults take 1 capsule, 3 times per day with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take a few hours before or after other medication.
