Medicinal Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule Contains:
Magnesium (from 833 mg of magnesium bisglycinate) 150 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Allergens:
Contains no Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
