INGREDIENTS:
Each capsule contains: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg, Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 107.2mg, AT/160IUZinc (zinc citrate) 10mg, Beta-Carotene 4200mcg/7000IU, Selenium (selenium citrate) 50mcg
NON-MEDICALINGREDIENTS:
Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica.
Vegan. Gluten, soy and dairy free.
DIRECTIONS:
Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day with meals. Take a few hours before or after other medications.
